Summary

This study tests baricitinib, a pill that blocks certain immune signals, in 33 adults with a type of eye inflammation (non-anterior uveitis) that hasn't improved with other treatments. Participants stop their current medications before starting baricitinib for 6 months. The main goal is to see if the eye inflammation goes away completely.
