Summary
This study tests whether baricitinib, an FDA-approved arthritis pill, can reduce hidden HIV in the brain. About 95 adults with well-controlled HIV will receive baricitinib or a placebo for 12 weeks. Researchers will use blood tests, spinal taps, and brain scans to measure changes in HIV levels and inflammation.
