Special vitamins vs regular pills: which works better after Weight-Loss surgery?
NCT ID NCT07021170
Summary
This study aims to find out if specialized vitamin supplements designed for people who have had weight-loss surgery work better than standard multivitamins at preventing nutrient deficiencies. Researchers will follow 624 adults who have undergone sleeve gastrectomy, gastric bypass, or similar procedures for 12 months. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the specialized supplements or standard multivitamins, and researchers will compare nutrient levels, side effects, and how well people stick to taking their vitamins.
