Summary
This study compares bamboo and plastic toothbrushes to see which removes plaque better in 60 healthy teenagers. Participants will brush as usual, and researchers will measure plaque buildup and bristle cleanliness. The goal is to find out if an eco-friendly option works as well as a conventional one.
