Head-to-Head balloon battle for better blood flow in legs

Summary
This study compares two different drug-coated balloons used to open blocked leg arteries in people with peripheral artery disease. Researchers want to see if a newer sirolimus-coated balloon works as well as the standard paclitaxel-coated balloon at keeping arteries open and improving walking ability. The study involves 478 participants who will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two balloon treatments and followed for up to five years.
