Summary

This study evaluated the safety and effectiveness of a specific balloon catheter used to prepare a narrowed aortic valve for replacement. The procedure, called TAVR, is for patients with severe aortic stenosis. Researchers followed 75 patients in China to see how well the balloon worked during the real-world procedure and tracked their recovery.
