First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tested whether ballet training can improve movement and quality of life in children aged 8 to 12 with idiopathic coxa antetorta, a condition where the thigh bone is twisted inward. Five children participated in ballet classes, and researchers measured their walking patterns and daily function using questionnaires. The goal was to see if ballet could reduce knee bending during walking and ease daily challenges.
