NCT ID NCT07002736

Summary

This study tested whether a special balance training program could help older adults who had recovered from COVID-19. The goal was to see if the training could improve their stability, make daily movements easier, and lower their risk of falling. Researchers worked with 65 older adults living at home to measure changes in their balance and mobility.
