Balance board training shows promise for back pain relief

Summary
This study tests whether a special balance platform can help people with long-term low back pain feel better and move easier. About 44 adults with chronic low back pain will either use the balance machine or do simple home exercises. Researchers will check pain, balance, and quality of life before and after treatment.
