Summary
This study is testing whether a special balance therapy can help reduce falls in people with Alzheimer's disease. Researchers at Johns Hopkins University will work with 100 participants who have mild to moderate Alzheimer's and balance problems. The therapy focuses on exercises to improve the inner ear's balance system, which is a common treatment for older adults but has never been studied specifically for Alzheimer's patients.
