First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking a special multivitamin and mineral tablet can help prevent vitamin and mineral shortages in people using GLP-1 weight-loss drugs like Ozempic. These drugs can reduce appetite and food intake, which may lead to nutrient deficiencies. The trial will compare the supplement to a placebo over 12 months in 150 adults with obesity.
