Summary
This study tests a 8-10 week program for caregivers with disabilities who care for a loved one. The program offers personalized help with resources, self-care, emergency planning, and peer support. The goal is to reduce stress, burden, and depression. About 20 adults in Maryland who have a physical or sensory disability and provide at least 10 hours of care per week can join.
