Scientists map how ankle and knee injuries throw off your balance
NCT ID NCT07508163
Summary
This study aims to understand how two common leg injuries—chronic ankle sprains and kneecap pain—affect a person's balance. Researchers will measure the standing balance of 90 people: those with these injuries and healthy individuals. The goal is to learn if these injuries cause specific types of wobbliness, which could help design better rehabilitation exercises in the future.
