Summary
This study tests two types of foot and ankle exercises to see which one better helps balance, walking, and fall risk in people with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Forty participants with nerve damage in their feet will do either intrinsic foot muscle exercises or 3D ankle-foot exercises. The goal is to find a simple way to improve daily movement and safety.
