This study tests whether a 10-week balance-focused exercise program can improve how the calf muscle activates when starting to walk in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers in Kuwait will enroll 80 participants who can walk independently. The goal is to see if these exercises make walking initiation smoother and safer.
