NCT ID NCT07434830
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at 119 healthy young adults to find out what factors affect their balance. Participants completed various balance tests, and researchers measured foot posture, body composition, muscle strength, and cognitive performance. The goal was to identify which of these factors most strongly influence static and dynamic balance, which could help improve injury prevention strategies.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.
- What this could lead to
- If successful, this study could identify key factors that influence balance, helping design better fall-prevention programs for young adults.
- What could go wrong
- This is a small, completed observational study in healthy young adults, so results may not apply to older or unhealthy populations. It does not test any treatment.
