Maze balance board may boost mobility in kids with cognitive delays

NCT ID NCT07578896

First seen May 13, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether playing on a maze balance board can improve movement and balance in children aged 6-10 with mild to moderate cognitive impairment. Twenty-two children will be split into two groups: one doing maze board exercises and the other doing standard physical therapy, both for 30 minutes three times a week over 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in mobility and motor skills to see if the maze board offers extra benefits.
