First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looked at 58 non-athletes who had ACL reconstruction surgery to see if they still had balance problems. Researchers tested their static and dynamic balance and found that many still had trouble with stability. The results suggest that balance training should be part of recovery even for people who don't play sports.
