Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called BAFFR CAR-T for people with B-cell blood cancers (like certain leukemias and lymphomas) that did not get better or came back after standard treatments. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to better find and attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, with 12 adults aged 18-85 expected to join.
