Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy, called BAFF-R CAR-T, for people with B-cell lymphomas that have come back or not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check if the treatment is safe and to find the best dose. Researchers will also look for early signs that the therapy might help control the cancer.
