First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 06, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new type of CAR-T cell therapy, called BAFF-R CAR-T, for people with B-cell lymphomas that have come back or haven't responded to other treatments. Researchers will give the therapy at different doses to about 20 participants to check how safe it is and find the highest dose people can tolerate. They will also look for early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer.
