Summary
This early-stage study tests a new type of immune cell therapy (BAFF-R CAR-T) in 30 adults with a specific form of B-cell lymphoma that has not responded to other treatments or has come back. The main goal is to check if the treatment is safe and tolerable. Researchers will also look at how well it shrinks tumors and how long patients live.
