Hands-On vs. exercise: which eases back pain better?

NCT ID NCT07364721

Summary

This study tested which of two common physical therapy approaches works better for easing chronic low back pain. Fifty adults with long-term back pain received either hands-on joint mobilization or a specific press-up exercise program, both combined with muscle release techniques, for four weeks. Researchers measured changes in pain, daily function, and fear of movement to see which method provided more relief.
