Hands-On healing: which therapy works best for chronic back pain?

NCT ID NCT07258927

Summary

This study aims to find out which of two hands-on therapy techniques works better when combined with core strengthening exercises for people with long-term low back pain. Sixty adults with chronic back pain will be randomly assigned to receive either one therapy or the other, along with the same exercise program, twice a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, movement, and daily function to see which combination provides more relief.
