Touch or talk? study tests which cue helps back pain patients move better

NCT ID NCT07324538

Summary

This study aims to see if physical touch guidance or verbal instructions work better during movement training for people with long-term, non-specific low back pain. 40 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either manual (touch-based) or verbal cueing during a single training session. Researchers will measure immediate changes in movement quality, pain, and how difficult the movements feel to help therapists choose the best teaching method.
