Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called BA3182 in adults with advanced adenocarcinoma, a type of cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The drug is designed to help the immune system attack cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 168 participants will take part.
