New 'Living Drug' trial targets Tough-to-Treat solid tumors

Summary
This study is testing a new type of treatment called B7H3 CAR-T cell therapy for people with advanced solid tumors. Doctors will take a patient's own immune cells, modify them in a lab to better target their cancer, and then infuse them back. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can shrink tumors in patients who have run out of other options.
