First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study compares a plant-derived gel (B-sitosterol) with plain Vaseline for people who get frequent nosebleeds without a known cause. About 162 participants will apply one of the two gels inside their nose to see which one reduces bleeding episodes better. The goal is to find a simple, safe way to control nosebleeds and prevent them from coming back.
