Summary

This study is testing a new surgical approach called B-SAFER for people with aortic aneurysms, dissections, or congenital aortic problems. The goal is to see if it is safe and effective, with a focus on survival, stroke risk, and successful sealing of the damaged area. About 590 adults will take part at one center.
