New drug cocktail aims to stop leukemia relapse after transplant

Summary

This study is for people with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have had a stem cell transplant. Researchers want to see if giving two drugs, azacitidine and chidamide, after the transplant can help prevent the leukemia from coming back. The study will also check how safe this drug combination is. About 20 adults aged 18 to 60 will take part.
