First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study is testing a combination of three drugs (acalabrutinib, venetoclax, and obinutuzumab) for people with mantle cell lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. It includes both patients whose cancer has come back or not responded to prior treatment, as well as those who have not yet been treated. The goal is to see if this drug combo can make the cancer disappear completely and keep it away for as long as possible.
