Summary
This study tested a drug called Auxora in 314 people with severe COVID-19 pneumonia. The goal was to see if it could help them recover faster and reduce deaths. Participants received either Auxora or a placebo through an IV over 48 hours. The trial was completed and results are being analyzed.
