This early-phase study tests an experimental oral drug, AUTX-703, in adults whose acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndromes have returned or not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shows any signs of controlling the disease. About 34 participants will take part across multiple centers.
