Can Mind-Body training ease the agony of restless legs for dialysis patients?

Summary

This study is testing whether a relaxation technique called autogenic training can help people on long-term hemodialysis who suffer from restless legs, poor sleep, and fatigue. Researchers will teach 54 participants specific relaxation exercises and measure changes in their symptoms over 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach can improve comfort and quality of life.
