Summary
This study tests a culturally adapted psychological therapy (YCMAP) to help prevent self-harm in young people with autism in Pakistan. Eighty participants aged 14-24 will receive either the therapy plus usual care or usual care alone. The main goal is to see if the therapy is feasible and acceptable, not yet to prove it works.
