Summary
This study tests whether a specific ear acupuncture method can help active-duty military members and their families sleep better. 180 people with sleep troubles will receive acupuncture and be monitored for improvements in sleep, mood, and pain. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach can ease sleep disturbances.
