Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental oral drug called AUR107 in 50 adults whose advanced cancers have returned or not responded to prior treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the right dose, and see how it behaves in the body. Participants must be in fairly good health to join.
