First seen May 02, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at how listening to a metronome, binaural beats, or silence changes how far healthy young adults can walk in 6 minutes and how quickly they recover afterward. Forty volunteers aged 18-35 will try all three conditions on separate days. The goal is to see if certain sounds can improve walking efficiency or speed up recovery.
