Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called AUBE00 in about 90 to 130 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants must have a specific genetic change (KRAS alteration) and be in generally good health.
