This study explored how deep brain stimulation (DBS) changes the way people with Parkinson's disease explain positive and negative events, known as attributional style. Researchers assessed 32 participants using questionnaires to measure hostility and depression. The goal was to understand non-motor effects of DBS on social thinking.
