Summary
This study collects information from medical records of about 350 adults with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. Researchers will look at patient characteristics, treatments, and outcomes as part of routine care. No experimental drugs or procedures are given. The goal is to better understand how this rare heart condition is managed in the real world.
