Scientists track Real-World journey of rare heart disease patients

Summary
This study aims to understand how a rare heart condition called ATTR-CM is managed in real-world medical practice. Researchers will observe and collect data from about 350 patients in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Malaysia who have already been diagnosed. The study does not test any new treatments; it simply tracks the care patients receive and how their disease progresses over time.
