Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new drug called ATTR-01 in adults with certain solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. ATTR-01 is a modified cold virus designed to infect and multiply only in cancer cells, delivering an immune-boosting therapy to help the body fight the tumor. The study aims to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if it can shrink tumors.
