Summary
This study tests if atropine eye drops can slow down or stop nearsightedness (myopia) from getting worse in children and teenagers aged 3 to 17. About 234 participants will receive either a low-dose atropine drop or a placebo for 24 months. The goal is to see if the treatment safely reduces the need for stronger glasses over time.
