First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a medicated foam (OPA-15406) for children with atopic dermatitis, a common skin condition causing red, itchy skin. About 198 children, including infants under 2, will use the foam daily for 4 weeks. The goal is to see if the foam can clear or nearly clear the rash better than a foam with no medicine.
