Summary
This study is testing a medicine called Atock Dry Syrup to see if it helps children with acute bronchitis feel better. It will involve about 296 children, aged 6 months to 12 years, who recently developed bronchitis. Researchers will compare this syrup to another active medicine to see which one is better at reducing symptoms like wheezing and cough over 7 days.
