Summary
This study tests whether the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab can prevent stage I non-small cell lung cancer from returning after surgery. About 336 people who have had their tumor completely removed will either receive the drug or be watched closely. The goal is to see if the treatment helps keep cancer away longer than standard monitoring.
