First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a combination of four drugs (atezolizumab, gemcitabine, oxaliplatin, and rituximab) in about 24 people with a type of lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and identify side effects. The approach uses immunotherapy to boost the immune system alongside chemotherapy to attack cancer cells.
