First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 40 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests the safety of the immunotherapy drug atezolizumab given after a patient's own immune cells have been modified and infused back (adoptive cell transfer). It includes 40 adults with advanced blood or solid cancers that no longer respond to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can help the infused cells work better against the cancer and to monitor side effects.
