Summary
This study looked at whether a program of exercise and relaxation techniques could prevent nerve damage (neurotoxicity) in women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. 42 women were split into two groups: one started the program before cancer treatment, the other during treatment. The goal was to see which timing worked better for protecting nerves and improving quality of life.
