Hope for rare blood cancer: new combo trial targets tough cases

Summary
This study tests whether adding iadademstat to the standard drug ASTX727 works better than ASTX727 alone for people with advanced myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), a group of rare blood cancers. About 62 adults whose disease has progressed to a more aggressive phase will be randomly assigned to one of two treatment groups. The goal is to see if the combination can improve the rate of complete leukemia-free response.
